    I, also, hate the clearinghouse govt over reach. I get it. At the same time, we don't want to drive impared. If you are a user, you don't see it properly. But this is a way I despise. I'm only here trying to properly open the account. So what's the alternative if we had a choice. How can we keep drivers sober and straight to drive. I come from an era where they drank, smoked weed, crack, and bennies on the road. Some drove very well. But eventually it will turn on you if so. No, we can't have that. So for now, this is what they set up. I'm hoping under Trump, there will be better solutions than corporate govt running our lives. IDK yet what that will look like. But I hear yah. Still, we have to be sober or shouldn't drive. That I agree with. Now if we can stop the foxes from guarding the hen house, that would be preferred. So safe travels. We'll get there I believe.

    So, much better to have deregulation, like Trump did and resulted in more crashed, burned and dumped toxic crap all over America! LaMalfa, along with other MAGAts have sold their soul to the little horn of the beast, the man of lawlessness and American antichrist Trump The Republican Senate was asked if there was four honorable people, who would stand for the rule of law, the Constitution and stop an out-of-control evil President and California Congressman Doug La Malfa stood blindly with Trump and against California citizens and farmers to support the Devil Trump. In fanatical loyalty to a President, who hates California, LaMalfa turned his back on justice and decency, when he aligned himself with the man of lawlessness and perdition. Blind and hypocritical loyalty is what a deranged and fanatical Trump cult follower, like LaMalfa, looks like in 2 Timothy 3:1 says, “But understand this: In the last days terrible times will come. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, without love of good.” Trump and his Cult fulfills this prophecy perfectly. This is what we see in LaMalfa’s blind loyalty to a man who fulfills prophecy about the antichrist and makes people the worst version of themselves. Besides LaMalfa’s loyalty to Trump, what if anything he has accomplished? LaMalfa voted against the two articles of impeachment, proving himself to be a thoroughly, brainwashed foot soldier in Trump’s Army against Democracy, even though Trump totally took a dump on American farmers playing Chinese roulette with tariffs. The Oroville Dam collapsed and LaMalfa walked out on a meeting to the sounds of boos for his failure to provide oversight. Red Bluff lost their lake, with no real compensation, as LaMalfa’s eyes were diverted to filling the Sites Reservoir and making sure Southern California gets North State water, with no worry

    _The safety of semi-trucks is an often-overlooked aspect that requires more than just a focus on cost and basic functionality. New owner-operators and company owners frequently prioritize financial concerns and the operational readiness of their trucks without fully appreciating the importance of advanced safety features. For instance, the integration of brake discs on every axle can significantly enhance a truck's braking efficiency, reducing stopping distances by up to 43% compared to models without these discs. This advancement not only improves the truck's ability to come to a halt quickly but also decreases the likelihood of rear-end collisions, thereby mitigating risks for both the driver and other road users._ _However, the adoption of advanced braking systems does come with trade-offs. While brake discs offer a clear advantage in stopping power, trucks equipped with these systems can inadvertently become targets for collisions from vehicles that lack similar safety features. This highlights the critical need for a balanced approach to safety, where both the technological enhancements and the broader implications for road safety are considered. The presence of high-quality braking systems must be complemented by awareness and adherence to safety practices across the fleet to maximize their effectiveness._ _Additionally, the choice of tires plays a pivotal role in overall truck safety. High-performance tires, such as those produced by Bridgestone or Michelin, offer superior traction and stability, which are crucial for maintaining control of a fully loaded trailer. Investing in advanced tire technology and braking systems can help avoid the need for reducing truck speeds, which might have financial implications and impact driver well-being. By adopting these safety technologies, companies can ensure both operational efficiency and enhanced road safety, ultimately benefiting both the drivers and the organization as a whole._

Bureaucrats setting up some fake clown show where everyone dresses up in suits to give powerless people a cope to feel their voices are heard in a "democracy"... that no one listens to before just legislating and doing whatever they please in a dictatorship ruled by whoever's the strongest lobbyist.

    _Limiting the speed of trucks can significantly impact the nation's supply chain by increasing the number of trucks required to meet demand. When trucks are restricted to lower speeds, their delivery times are extended, which necessitates more vehicles to maintain the same level of service. This can lead to higher operational costs and logistical challenges for companies, potentially causing delays in supply chains. Consequently, more trucks would be needed to deliver the same amount of goods to customers, which could strain resources and infrastructure, reduce efficiency, and ultimately affect the availability and cost of goods nationwide._

  • @TacticalTrucker
    @TacticalTrucker Місяць тому

    _Speed limiting a semi tractor-trailer by governing its speed below most over-the-road speed limits can significantly contribute to traffic congestion and related issues. When trucks are unable to keep pace with the general flow of traffic, they often create bottlenecks, particularly on highways with higher speed limits._ _This disparity in speed causes frustration and impatience among other drivers, who may attempt risky maneuvers to overtake the slower-moving vehicles, leading to an increased likelihood of accidents. For truck drivers, governed speeds directly impact their earnings, as they are typically paid by the mile. Reduced speeds mean that they cover fewer miles within their allowable driving hours, thereby reducing their overall pay._ _This not only affects their income but also adds to the stress and pressure of meeting delivery deadlines within the constraints of regulated driving hours. Additionally, the monotony of driving at a slow, constant speed can lead to boredom, increasing the temptation for drivers to pick up their phones, thus raising the risk of distracted driving and further potential accidents._

  • @TacticalTrucker
    @TacticalTrucker Місяць тому

    _Governor trucks, restricted to a maximum speed of 65 miles per hour, pose significant health risks to drivers._ _These limitations force truckers to stay on the road longer to meet delivery schedules, reducing their opportunities for breaks and physical activity. The extended periods of immobility hinder blood circulation, which can lead to severe health issues such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). DVT occurs when blood clots form in the deep veins of the legs due to prolonged sitting, and if these clots travel to the lungs, they can cause a potentially fatal PE._ _Unfortunately, there have been numerous cases where truck drivers have succumbed to pulmonary embolism, highlighting the gravity of this health risk. Moreover, the enforced slower speeds mean fewer miles covered in a given time, disrupting the drivers' ability to maximize their mileage pay. This results in truckers working longer hours to compensate for the reduced earnings, further exacerbating health problems like chronic fatigue, muscle stiffness, and cardiovascular issues. Thus, while governor trucks aim to enhance safety by reducing speed, they inadvertently contribute to serious health risks and economic strain for drivers._

    **How Russian and European Trucks and Brokers Are Driving American Logistics Companies into Bankruptcy**For the past ten years, European trucking companies have effortlessly bypassed ELD requirements, evading detection by highway patrol or the federal DOT. These cunning European firms, particularly those from Russia, quickly figured out how to legalize their own ELDs to meet US Department of Transportation certification. They then sell these editable ELDs to their Russian-European-American trucking community for over $500 a month, while regular ELDs cost a mere $50 a month. These superior editable ELDs are indistinguishable from legal ones, making them undetectable by highway patrol. The Russian-American trucking community can manipulate these ELDs to bypass the 10-hour rest requirement, conveniently extending their driving hours to deliver more loads. All this goes unnoticed by law enforcement. Russian trucking companies in America have mastered this so well that they can alter logs or obtain new BOLs for drivers to print at any internet-accessible location. These editable ELDs allow users to move workdays or hours back and forth, change driving time, on-duty times, and even delivery times and dates. Deliveries made today can be edited to appear as though they were completed yesterday or the day before. This backend manipulation is invisible to the DOT because all ELDs appear identical on the surface, making detection impossible. As a result, drivers using these European-American ELDs can deliver up to six loads a week, compared to the pitiful three loads delivered by American drivers who foolishly comply with legal ELD regulations. Each load brings in at least $2,000, giving these companies an insurmountable competitive edge. **Calculating the Advantage:** - **Russian-American Drivers**: 6 loads/week * $2,000/load = $12,000/week - **American Drivers**: 3 loads/week * $2,000/load = $6,000/week The Russian-American drivers effectively double the income of American drivers, earning $12,000 per week compared to the $6,000 earned by their American counterparts. Additionally, the Russian-American community has found clever ways to secure contracts from large American shipping companies, only to sell these loads back to American drivers who have been laid off due to American trucking companies going out of business. They exploit these drivers to deliver shipments while they sit back and collect the money from the work done by American drivers. It's a shocking sight to witness such practices repeatedly. American trucking companies need to reach out to Congress to force the creation of level playing field regulations for all. The current DOT is under the leadership of a Russian-American, which explains the favoritism. They need to investigate double brokering where Russian companies broker logistics, buy up all contracts from shippers for, let's say, $3 per mile, then resell to American trucking companies and brokers at $2.30 per mile or less. Russian companies create these editable ELD apps, get them certified by the Department of Transportation, and resell them to their Russian-American trucking firms, giving them an unfair advantage over American companies. Most logistics operations, aside from train and air cargo, are currently dominated by the Russian-American community, creating an uneven playing field for American businesses. **Hashtags for SEO:** #TruckingIndustry #Logistics #ELD #DOT #TruckingRegulations #AmericanTrucking #RussianTrucking #Freight #LogisticsIndustry #TruckingBusiness #ELDFraud #Transport #FreightBroker #TruckDrivers #AmericanTruckingCompanies #TruckingCommunity #TruckingProblems #Transportation #Truckers #ShippingIndustry #SupplyChain #TruckingLife #LogisticsManagement #CommercialTrucking #ELDCompliance
